    Great blog. Perfect timing for me. Just this week I was planning on getting my schedule in place for IM workout load. Regular morning workouts. My son who you know copilots our business calls me this morning that he is sick and has Covid. So yours truly is going to be on the night train all week until he is well. Cannot train mornings too well when I have to be in to work by 7:00 am
