WHAT WE DO:
Review and perform a total body dynamic warm up and then I will video tape you running from all angles, front sides and back.
You will have lifetime access to these videos.
We will then review the video right there and incorporate the drills and stretches to help you correct any inefficiency I see and you will run again to see and feel the difference.
You will be given homework to do to keep improving and invited to a group run session with my team to see how we incorporate run form drills into every running session.
If you are in shape we can also have you do a 1 mile run test in order to create your run training zones (but that is only if you are pain free and have a 6 mile aerobic running base of fitness).
After the session, you will be emailed a follow up with clear explanation of everything we reviewed and videos of yourself as well as all the corrective drills necessary to run better, faster and stronger.
You can come back in 4-6 weeks for a follow up session for $150/hour to re-video and retest.
