    looks yummy. Made strawberry smoothie with frozen organic strawberries and coconut water only. in the blender, super easy and so cool.

  2. sounds yummy but always include a little grass fed collagen or CLEAN protein. I realize now I forgot to add to this recipe, OOPS! what this does is prevent a blood sugar surge from all the sugar. The fat from the coconut milk and the protein from the collagen or protein powder helps make it a more balanced snack. Even 5 Perfect Aminos if you only have fruit and coconut water is great!
