Even Coaches Can Benefit from UTC! – Heather’s Rockstar Story

Rockstar Triathlete: Heather Shrouds

Coaches Notes: Heather reached out in January, excited to be able to get such a great discount on Ultimate Tri Camp as a USAT certified USAT Coach, earn her CEUs, AND learn the “behind the scenes ” about how I coach my athletes and the Full Circle Coaching Methodology.

I love being able to support USA Triathlon coaches in the application of their knowledge.

There are many different coaching styles, but with my 27 years of experience coaching thousands of triathletes and hosting over 20 triathlon camps, I believe that including training in more than just swimming, biking, and running is imperative to keeping a triathlete doing the sport they love for a lifetime.

At Camp, Heather saw firsthand how to coach the campers on the importance of technique in the swim, bike and running can prevent injuries from overusing the repetitive motion of a triathlon with the use of video analysis and metabolic field testing. Learning breath work, Kihara stretching, Eldoa spine strength, foot strength, and so much more can impact her triathlon performance and help her coach the athletes she is coaching.

Thanks, Heather, for coming in with an open mind and participating fully at Ultimate Tri Camp. You have so many new tools to implement into your coaching practice! You are a true Rockstar Coach/ and Camper!

Age: 48

Profession: Personal Trainer and Triathlon Coach

Why did you choose Ultimate Tri Camp for help in your triathlon journey?
I was at this triathlon camp to earn my CECs for my USAT Certification and improve my form in my swim and run. I knew something was off, but I was still determining what to expect. This was my first triathlon camp ever!

Please share your BIG goals and how Ultimate Tri Camp supported you:
My big goals are to swim 750m under 15 minutes, bike 20+mph, and run a 20-minute 5k
I started my weight loss journey in the fall of 2009. I have lost 100 lbs so far. I fell in love with Triathlon after my first swim, even though I was terrified of the open water. Triathlon and Duathlon Worlds and I have qualified for and competed in Age Group Nationals.

Tell me about your successes so far:

Swim – being more efficient and converting to breathing every 2 strokes instead of 3
Bike – getting my love back for riding outside.  I had been riding on the trainer a lot because of life schedule.   Riding in Clermont during Ultimate Tri Camp was beautiful, and riding in traffic was challenging, but I overcame my fear with the group’s safety.
Run – seeing my form on video during the video analysis and the corrections we made.

What were some of your biggest Improvements in performance at Ultimate Tri Camp?
I learned even more about my gut health. I love the ELDOA, meditation, and yoga. Honestly, it all was excellent.
1) Getting my love back for riding outside
2) Recovery strategies
3) The Magnesium cream and Perfect Aminos are a game changer

What was your favorite part of Ultimate Tri Camp?
The camaraderie and the edge of competing with everyone—all of it, honestly. If I had to pick the ELDOAs, I have never done them before, but they’re a game changer for sure.

Are you coming back next year?
Yes, I plan on it!

From Heart Condition to Sprint Triathlon PR – Mark Fajet

Rockstar Triathlete: Mark Fajet

Coaches Notes:

I was definitely a little concerned with Mark’s prior heart condition when we started training, so I was extremely conservative about his progression through the training program. Prioritizing technique over tons of volume and gradually adding speed work in all three sports has proved effective. His results below are amazing! I am so proud of you, Mark. You are a Rockstar Triathlete with a lot of potential in the sport. Thanks for trusting the process and being open to learning a better way to train!

Age: 27

Profession: Software Engineer

Why did you choose FCC to help you on your triathlon/health and wellness journey?
I wanted to do triathlons, but then I was diagnosed with pericarditis after going to the ER with heart pains. I managed to get through it with no training for months. Then I did a triathlon on my own, but my training for it was very calm as I was worried to push myself. I joined full circle because Erinne was very supportive of easing me into higher loads of training and safely pushing myself.

What is your “A” race for this season?
Ironman 70.3 Haines City, December 2024

What are your BIG goals?
Complete an Ironman 70.3 this year and a Full Ironman next year.

What were some of your biggest improvements in performance for each of the following? Swim, Bike, Run, and Nutrition/Health. Please include any Personal Records and Goals achieved.our biggest improvements:
In the beginning, I was setting goals of running a 5k in under 30 minutes. Five months later, after joining the Triathlon Transformation Program, I ran a 5k in 24:45 and a 5k at the end of a sprint tri in 27:25

Before the program, my average bike pace at a sprint triathlon was 15.3mph. In the latest triathlon, my average pace was 19.96 mph.

Beyond the timing numbers, the biggest improvement was in my ability to run while keeping my heart rate low and stay in zone 2. Before the program, I would be running like a 16 minute mile in zone 2. Now, I am around 12 minute miles while in zone 2.

Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey.
Consistency and pushing my limits. Prior to joining full circle, all my workouts were too easy and I wasn’t really making as much progress.

What excites you the most about being involved in triathlon?
The fact that there is always room for improvement and that I can see what I’m able to achieve when I put in the work.

What would you say to another person who was on the fence about joining our training program?
The coaches are very knowledgeable. They are able to provide lots of general information, specific information for you, and even specific information about race courses.

Do you “Monday” Your Goals?

Do you “Monday” Your Goals?

In the history of procrastination, there’s no better time than Monday.

  • “I promise, Coach, I’ll see you starting on Monday.”
  • “My diet starts Monday – after one last weekend of fun.”

Sound familiar?

Maybe this explains why more people hit the gym or the running trails on Monday, after a weekend of lying around and overindulging.

But whether you use the Monday excuse or tell some other lie to yourself, it’s all the same. When you procrastinate working on your goals, it means you’re not really ready to do the work.

Because when you are? You go into immediate action.

Monday’s a liar.

Trust yourself. Begin your work. No matter what day it is.

It just so happens to be Monday! So today is the day to take action!

Set up a call with me to see how I can help you with your triathlon and health and wellness goals!

Time-saving strategies to prioritize yourself

Time-saving strategies to prioritize yourself

Managing your time is all about expressing your priorities.

So, when you habitually say things like, “I don’t have time to: exercise, stretch, strength train, eat smart, etc.” then you’re essentially saying this:

My health and happiness are not priorities.

Please, stop saying that!

Here are a few simple time-management tools to prioritize yourself in your own life. Think about how you can apply them to use YOUR time effectively.

  • Just say no. Crazy concept, right? You don’t have to do everything someone asks. You don’t have to take on every responsibility. “No” is a complete sentence.
  • What do flight attendants always say? “Please secure your own oxygen mask before helping someone else.” That’s a good lesson on the ground too. If you can’t take care of yourself, you’re not going to be any good to another person.
  • Wake up 30 minutes early. Depending on your family and work schedules, this slight adjustment could start a chain reaction of time savings. Think of what you could do before anyone else wakes up and the daily rush starts.
  • Limit screen time. We used to say watch less TV, but now we should include Internet and video games, too. I’m not saying you shouldn’t enjoy them. But if you’re searching for time to exercise, you can start right here by cutting an hour a day three days a week.
  • Conduct walking meetings and lunches. If your desk-bound for calls and Zoom meetings, try to arrange just a couple a week while out for a walk. Similarly, if there’s an individual you need, then schedule a time to walk together or while on the phone. It’s fun, social, and gets good ideas flowing. (And, yes, it saves time!)
  • Seize the time you save on commuting. More people are working from home nowadays, and that means tons of time back in your column since you don’t have to commute every day.

Which of these are you going to try? Do you have any time-saving best practices?

10 Simple Steps to Regain Control

10 Simple Steps to Regain Control

If you’ve been feeling like things are beyond your control for, oh, say, the last year or so, I completely get it and you are NOT alone.

In fact, I’m pretty sure everybody would understand that because, guess what? A lot of stuff really has been beyond our control, even basic matters relating to our health.

We’ve had to take extra precautions every day to stay safe, limit our interactions and activities and keep our sanity.

Now, though? Things are looking up, and it’s time to take back your health. Here are a few suggestions about how to do that.

  1. Believe in yourself and your ability to get healthy.
  2. Take consistent action in mind and body every day. (progress not perfection)
  3. Be grateful for your health and the health of your loved ones.
  4. Exercise every day. If you’ve been getting by with walks and at-home workouts, maybe it’s time to get back to the gym or studio. For that matter, if you’ve been doing nothing physical all year, then it’s definitely time to get back in shape.
  5. Realize that healthy living (exercise, eating right, etc.) keeps you strong and protects you from illness.
  6. Get help – look for resources to help guide you or hire a coach!
  7. Take your real, quality made from food supplements.
  8. Eat right for your metabolic type.
  9. Sleep 7-8 hours every night.
  10. Be kind to yourself and to others..

We made it through the last year.

Now, let’s make the next one really worth it!

Athlete Turned USAT Certified Coach Ollie Garcia

Athlete Turned USAT Certified Coach Ollie Garcia

Coach’s Notes:

Who knew when Ollie hired me 3.5 years ago for her 1st 70.3 that I would now be calling her coach.

She had signed up and never even completed a sprint triathlon.

We only had 3 months, but we got her across the line in her first triathlon 70.3 wanting more!

Not gonna lie, she was a bit stubborn at first. She liked to stay up late and race after only 1 hour of sleep. The nutrition quality was pretty low as well.

But, when she wasn’t getting the results she desired from just training hard, she started to incorporate little changes in nutrition and lifestyle and the results started coming.

She has been on the podium a few times in short course races now and ready to go longer.

She was my team mate for RAAM, with only a few weeks of training since one of our #4cyclists4kids broke their shoulder, she joined the team late and she did an amazing job.

So happy to call her my fellow team mate and proud she is now a Full Circle Coach!

She has been through the ropes of my program just as all my athletes have and she now knows what is possible when you follow the plan and tweak it to make it your own. Way to go Ollie!

What is your “A” race for this season?

Daytona Half Ironman

Please share your BIG goals: Tell me about your successes so far: What were some of your biggest Improvements in performance for the each of the following? Swim, Bike, Run, and Nutrition/Health. Please include any Personal Records and Goals achieved:

Woah…. Badassery… Undeniably EPIC so far. Lol

Sooooo, I just finished RAAM! Race Across America, “The World’s Toughest Bike Race.” When I started this sport 1.5 years ago, little did I know I’d be cycling across America. “F*ck! Did I just do that… Yesssss!!

To be honest, I signed up to be support crew but manifested my way into being a cyclists for #4cyclists4kids pedaling to the finish line, and boy did I cross the finish line along with 3 of my peeps, all from @FullCircleCoaching who share the same passion as mine.

I was so excited but TERRIFIED when I got the official word I would be riding.

The what if’s… the I’m not good enough compared to others who’ve been doing this for years; Fudge monkeys I don’t know how to climb a damn mountain or descend one either… the doubts and fear of the unknown popped up in my mind.

However, throughout the time I’ve been part of Full Circle, I learned that it’s the norm for fears to pop up, but more importantly that there are so many ways and tools to fight or rather manage through them.

I couldn’t allow the fears to destroy my love for cycling and sight seeing the USA at its best!

Plus, I got to be part of something bigger; helping kiddos be placed in safe and loving homes with family.

It’s an opportunity for them to learn to manage trauma and any fear of abandonment or, just loss of self worth. I mean if I could help a kid gain a chance to find a way to love themselves and become who they want to become with the proper support, that to me is worth everything in this world.

That’s the thought that encouraged and helped me get through my training and the race itself.

Training for this race was completely different than the 70.3’s, Sprints, and Olympics I had competed in over the last year.

Yes, it was so epic being able to ride 100 miles, 7 days straight and just do over 70 miles every other day or so, before that.

I felt so much stronger and my body could handle the volume.

Time outside of training was minimal so I had to choose wisely how I spent it.

I made sure my nutrition was on point in order to do all of this and I had to invest in myself by eating as organically and clean as I could.

I had to make sure my on bike nutrition was flawless (Vitargo, Bodyhealth electrolytes, endless supply of organic baby food, salt tablets- no gels or bars.

Thank you Endurance Tap for the boost up the mountains and rolling hills in the middle of the night with the fireflies).

I had to find the proper rest when I could between training and work. When it was race time, my body was able to be on the go, go.

It wasn’t easy and the logistics of the race had its flaws that were beyond my control but I got to experience cycling and mother nature at its best while gaining so much confidence in my future.

This race has taught me that being WISE is way better than trying to hit the pedals to the max every damn time.

I was able to keep going when it was rough because I knew when I could push and when I had to pull back to be ready for the next challenge. Just like any race, the more you teach yourself that it’s OKAY to not be hitting your max full throttle THE WHOLE DAMN TIME and waiting to press the trigger, the more likely you’ll be able to PR, survive longer than your competitors and eventually pass them.

Endurance training is not like a SPRINT, but you can incorporate the sprint in the right moments with the proper fuel.

After the race, and a few weeks of recovery, I did my bike test and increased my FTP (Functional Threshold Power) from 176 to 188 and my new goal is to get over 200.

Funny thing is, I didn’t even train for speed or threshold for this race. All I did was ride mostly zone 2/3 over the weeks before the race and during, yet I still improved my watts.

Lets be real for a second, who doesn’t want to go 24 plus mph ALL THE DAMN TIME!? But I have learned that doesn’t equate to higher power numbers or better race results.

A few other things I have learned:

Riding in a group and drafting does not develop my own cycling power and skills. It’s a great addition to my training but it can’t be the only thing.

My other success is that I learned how to ride into the wind by holding higher RPMS with easier gears to produce more power and hold it (damn right) rather than struggling with my legs with a harder gear and lower RPMS

What I’ve noticed is that most people are scared when they see the WINDS MPH written on the weather channel app. They won’t go swim or bike, f*ck that, DIVE RIGHT IN! It actually isn’t as bad as it seems when you’re into the workout. If it is, there are tricks. I’ve learned to be mentally okay with cutting my session short because my MPH was lower than the normal but fuck… I’m faster than before with more confidence.

Also, I learned how to cope with the fear of being blown away or feeling the bike move under me. Deep breathing, reminding myself I am safe and in control. I know how to sit and where to add pressure to the bike if needed but never stop breathing deep! You too can do that guys (and girls), it’s not comfortable in the moment, but practice will make it so worth it.

Currently, I’m getting ready for Cozumel 70.3 and Daytona 70.3.

For Cozumel my main focus will be swim and bike.

Daytona will be a test for how I adapt in all 3 sports. I’ve been healing from a foot injury and have learned how to manage the stress it can take with the training.

I was hesitant in doing the races post RAAM, but the more I work on my strength and mobility (sometimes I’ll shorten my workout to do so) the more I realize it is possible.

Name 2 or 3 things that have made the biggest difference in your journey:

  1. Clean Nutrition and SLEEP!
  2. Working on my self worth/ confidence.
  3. DRILLS! Holy crap, if it weren’t for them I think I wouldn’t have improved my swimming in such a short time. Running; the drills and form is what got me back to running with no issue on top of the strength work. That’s why I can run more effectively and still be pretty fast with the lack of training I had. For Cycling; those one legged drills (I’VE SLACKED ON THEM and I tried it out this week and I already see a difference. Kind of excited to see how much stronger I can get doing the drills for not too long during my workouts)!

What excites you the most about being involved in triathlon?

Being able to defy limits.

What would you say to another person who was on the fence about joining our training program?

I’m a coach at Full Circle, but I started off as a beginner triathlete.

I loved it so much I wanted more.

I have learned and now teach that at Full Circle Coaching it’s more than just getting a workout plan.

It’s pretty cool to have others who share the same passion as you, surround you and help keep you accountable.

We focus on technique and form, and science based training.

Most of our athletes PR consistently and that’s the key, getting better and better and continuing to grow and improve.

We actually care as coaches and we always want to see you improve across every finish line, not just crossing ONE FINISH LINE.

We coach our athletes, but we also train and race, so we teach what we learn ourselves and include that with more education and personal experience for you.

That’s more important than just a certification and teaching you stuff because it’s in a book. We keep it real for you.

So YEAH! If you’re wanting to push through your doubts and fears, gain confidence, cross a finish line or 5, PR at your next race or just chill with the Tribe and have funskiez… JOIN US!

Triathlon Transformation & Ultimate Tri Camp Rockstar Triathlete: Richie Ganitsky

Triathlon Transformation /Ultimate Tri Camp Rockstar Triathlete: Richie Ganitsky

Coach Notes:

Richie joined me during Bring a Buddy week in December, then decided to become a member of my 16-week Triathlon Transformation program and also jumped into my all-inclusive Ultimate Tri Camp experience. This is his combination feedback of everything he has done with Full Circle Coaching over the last 4 months.

I want to congratulate you, Richie, on going all in because you have truly transformed in every aspect of your triathlon Life.

From improving your swim technique, overcoming fear on the bike, being comfortable in group rides, tackling the hills of Clermont, Florida at Camp, and getting close to your record for your 13.1 from 10 years ago, and so much more! You know how to dig in and achieve new heights in your performance

I am proud of your achievements and cannot wait to see what’s next for you. Thanks for choosing Full Circle Coaching for your Triathlon Journey. You are a true Rockstar Triathlete!

Age: 46

Profession: Attorney

Why did you choose to Join Full Circle Coaching?

After about three years of running just marathons, I wanted to improve my fitness, and my running coach had mentioned triathletes made the best improvements in speed.  In the back of my mind, I knew this was true since the best shape I had ever been in was when I had trained for triathlons prior to focusing only on running.

I knew of Coach Erinne from the Integrity Multisport race clinics.  Then I attended the Bring a Buddy Week trial period; Coach Erinne, Coach Ollie, and the athletes were very welcoming, so I joined the group.

Over the past four months, I have made big improvements.

Swimming – I’ve improved my technique and swam much more in the ocean, which led to very good results at the Swim Miami mile in 33:20!

On the Bike– Coach Erinne and Coach Dennis helped me overcome my fear of downhills by riding the hills of Clermont at Ultimate Triathlon Camp!

And on the Run– I just raced the Mesa, Arizona half marathon in 1:47, a time I hadn’t achieved in almost ten years!

I’ve also gotten stronger by eating more protein and supplementing with weight training and yoga!

Also, training with Full Circle Coaching has motivated me to work out early in the mornings, which is an excellent start to my day!

Why did you choose to attend the Ultimate Tri Camp for help in your triathlon journey?

A week devoted to training at Clermont would be great! Also, I liked UTC’s emphasis on not just swimming, biking, and running sessions but also included holistic nutrition, yoga, and motivational speakers.

Please share your BIG goals and how Ultimate Tri Camp supported you:

My big goal was to enjoy a great week of fitness.

Getting lots of technique tips from the coaches: like riding with Coach Erinne on the hills of Clermont, finding motivation from the other athletes and speakers, having daily yoga or meditation classes, massages every other day, healthy breakfasts, lunches, smoothies, and juices all delivered was great!

What were some of your biggest Improvements in performance at Ultimate Tri Camp?

Swim: With the improved technique, I feel less tired after swimming long distances.
Bike: I started at the back of the pack on our first rides, and by the last part of our last ride, I was almost at the front of our “Cool Group.”
Run: Running the clay trail with a Boston qualifier was fun learning about his experience.
Nutrition/Health: Adding more protein to my diet has helped me to feel stronger and recover more quickly.
Mindset: Improved positive thinking with mantras like “I can do anything” and “I get to do something challenging;” it is a privilege!

Did you achieve any Personal Records or Goals? I achieved my goal of having a great time gaining fitness.

Name 2 or 3 things you feel will make the biggest difference in your triathlon performance after participating in Ultimate Tri Camp:

  1. Replicating the increased fitness gained at UTC with my daily training in Miami.
  2. Getting to train throughout the season with the coaches and other athletes of Full Circle who also participated in UTC.
  3. The most unique triathlon part of UTC is the hilly bike terrain at Clermont, and having trained there is already making a positive difference in my riding in Miami.

What excites you the most about being involved in triathlon?

I feel even leaner and stronger cross-training than mostly just running, which I’d been doing for several years.

What was your favorite part of Ultimate Tri Camp?

The ice bath after climbing Sugar Loaf. I’d never tried an ice bath before, and despite the initial cold, my muscles were relaxed and renewed afterward.

What would you say to someone on the fence about attending Ultimate Tri Camp?

Learning about the other parts of swimming/biking/running, nutrition, strength, stretch training, and mindset is not to be overlooked, and you’ll get it all at UTC.

Are you coming back next year? Definitely! Already reserved my spot!

Do You Have Enough Fitness for Your Race?

Do You Have Enough Fitness for Your Race?

Using the tools that Training Peaks and Garmin have to offer has been helpful over my 26-year career as a triathlon coach.

You must be willing to use these tools for them to work for you…

Track every workout you do with your Garmin watch, heart rate monitor, and power meter, and we can get some pretty good information on your fitness level.

It’s not foolproof, but it gets us a decent picture of your Training Stress Score- or TSS.

But the question then becomes, is the training you have logged enough for the race distance you want to finish or PR?

In this chart you can see there are ranges for the weekly hours needed to train for a given distance race.

Still, the other numbers to consider to see if you have enough fitness for your race are your CTL (Critical Training Load) and your weekly TSS (Training Stress Score) Numbers numbers inside your Performance Management Chart on your Training Peaks Account.

Where to find your Critical Training Load and Training Stress Score

Look across the top of your Premium Training Peaks Account and click on Dashboard to see your Chart.

Select the date range that coincides with your most recent training and race date and determine if your numbers align with the numbers on this chart.

Remember you must track all your training and wear your heart rate monitor for this data to be accurate.

You can be on the low end of the ranges for your target CTL and still have amazing race results.

Of course, you cannot predict race outcomes with this chart because there is no way to measure race skill, pacing or nutrition intake and so many race variable, but it is a great place to start.

These other things are where coaching comes in!

I have helped thousands of triathletes over the last 26 years understand their training data and use to help them achieve their triathlon dreams- from your first time across a triathlon finish line to qualifying for Kona or a World Championships

It is so much more than swimming, biking, and running!

Anything is possible when you have the mindset, support, and a perfectly balanced training plan based on your lifestyle, physiology and performance metric tools!

Will you be next?

  • Other programs push athletes beyond their ability with wasted junk miles and excess volume leading to disappointment and failure.
  • With my 16-week Triathlon Transformation Program, the focus is on you as an individual; your form, technique, strength, fueling, and mindset. Through video analysis, metabolic testing, holistic lifestyle coaching, and a supportive community, you will achieve all your triathlon dreams and goals to get faster in less time.

Rockstar Swimmer: Christine Baldwin

Rockstar Swimmer: Christin Baldwin

Coaches Notes: Christine participated in the open water session for swim essentials and our Ransom Everglades weekly pool sessions and has dramatically improved in the last month. She has already improved in just 2 months.

From telling me, “No” I can’t do that, to; “I’m working on it,” to “I can feel the difference”

Yes, this is called progress!

She just completed the Swim Miami Mile and has now signed on to train for the 8-mile Alligator Lighthouse open water as part of a 3-person relay.

Thank you so much, Christine, for trusting Full Circle and our process to break through some old barriers. I’m loving your progress so far and am even more excited for the next adventure with the Alligator Lighthouse Swim.

Age: 54

Profession: Manufacturing (yes, in Miami)!

Why did you choose Swim Essentials to help with your swimming skills?

It was time to revamp my swim stroke and breathing.  I had already had a good experience with Erinne, who introduced me to OWS at a swim clinic in 2009!  I’ve been enjoying it off and on ever since (through 1 Full Ironman, about 4 halves, and countless swim Miami’s – all very slow), and a running injury later…  I figured it was finally time for more instruction😊. And Swimming is so low impact I can take it into my future decades.

Please share your BIG swim goals:

I’m so excited about exposure to new challenges and taking on the Alligator Lighthouse Relay.  I can’t wait for the beautiful water of the Florida Keys!

Tell me about your success at Swim Miami 2023:

After only working with Erinne for a few weeks and correcting my breathing, I could actually enjoy the swim course since I was taking on more oxygen.

What were some of your biggest improvements:

I was far more relaxed and even paced due to breathing properly.

This freed me up to use some new skills for sighting buoys, contributing to less bumping into others and meandering on the course.

I still need to work on this, but I look forward to improvements from tweaking other aspects of my swim stroke.

Confession: I’m not a fan of metrics and times since I tend to chase endorphins and the expansive feel of long-course racing… but I’m curious about what using a Coach, swim watch, and training with other swimmers can newly develop.  Trying these new things is making routine training exciting again.

What would you say to someone on the fence about participating in our Swim Essentials program?

By removing the barriers to open water swimming, you can discover a sport that can keep you active into your future decades.  All while getting outside on beautiful beaches and meeting some of the most active, disciplined, AND fun-loving folks around.

What’s Not Your Problem

What’s Not Your Problem

Have you ever noticed that anytime you do something, there’s somebody who doesn’t like it?

  • You get a new haircut – and someone tells you it’s too short.
  • You buy a new car – and someone says you paid too much.
  • You start exercising and eating clean – and someone starts acting out because you’re “making” them feel uncomfortable.

It might just be human nature. Heck, it might just be NATURE, period, — because for every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction, if I remember high school right.

So, if that’s the case, how much should you care about your personal changes making someone else uncomfortable?

Should you care …

  • A lot?
  • A little?
  • Or not one bit?

I bet you can guess my answer!

Once you accept that there will always be someone who doesn’t like what you do, it’s SO LIBERATING because you can let go of any element of judgment or condemnation or, well, your OWN discomfort!

If you’re making changes that truly affect others, then maybe they have a say-so in the matter.

But regarding the bottom line of your health, fitness, and dreams…

There is one opinion that matters: YOURS!

Do you know about my 16-WEEK (Virtual or in Person) Triathlon Transformation Training Program to help you get faster for your next triathlon in less time?

You’ll show up confidently at the start of your next race, swimming, biking, and running past the competition, sprinting across the finish line with arms overhead, knowing you nailed it.

Here’s how it works
You get the ideal blueprint that makes you faster and stronger inside the 16-week Triathlon Transformation Training program.

Here’s why it’s different
With 26 years of coaching 1000’s triathletes, I discovered the biggest struggles are:

  • You don’t know what you don’t know when it comes to learning the exact skills to succeed in the triathlon sport.
  • Improving strength and increasing energy are the secrets to preventing injury and burnout.

So please use this link to fill out the application.

I’m only accepting five new members, so space is limited. Don’t delay your dreams another day!

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
